How can users share Contacts within the Hosted Exchange service ?

There are several options under which users can share their company contacts. These are:
Option 1: Through public folders
In this option, a Contacts folder can be created within the Public Folders provided by Exchange Server. The owner of the Folder has the ability to control who has access to this Contacts folder to manage and control the information.
Option 2: Shared Contact Folders
All users have a Contacts folder within their mailbox. This can be shared with other users within their organisation as required.
